"Radhanagar Beach alone is worth the trip. But the bioluminescent kayaking at night — I had no idea that was possible in India. Absolutely surreal. Will be back for the PADI course."

Frequently Asked Questions

No prior experience is required. The 2 included dives are conducted as "Discover Scuba Diving" (DSD) sessions with a PADI-certified instructor by your side at all times. You'll receive a 30–45 minute briefing and pool/shallow water familiarisation before heading to the reef. If you are a certified diver (OWD or above), we can upgrade you to more advanced sites like Lighthouse and Mac Point at no extra charge.
October to May is the ideal window — calm seas, high underwater visibility (15–30 m) and good inter-island ferry conditions. November to March is the absolute peak for diving. The southwest monsoon (June–September) brings rough seas; ferries are often cancelled and most dive operators suspend operations. We do not offer this package during June–September.
Indian nationals do not require any permit. Foreign nationals visiting Port Blair, Havelock, and Neil Island do not need a Restricted Area Permit (RAP) either — these islands were opened to foreign tourists. However, certain tribal-reserved areas and remote northern islands are off-limits. We handle all documentation and permissions for activities included in the itinerary.
Yes! The glass-bottom boat tour, sea walk (helmet dive) and the sound-and-light show at Cellular Jail are all fully accessible for non-swimmers. Snorkelling requires basic water comfort but life jackets are always available. For scuba diving, basic swimming ability is recommended though not always required — your instructor will assess you before the dive.
Absolutely. We offer a PADI Open Water Diver (OWD) certification as an add-on — a 3.5 day course that runs parallel to the itinerary. Cost is approx. ₹18,000–₹22,000 extra per person, depending on the dive centre. You'll complete theory online before arriving, pool skills at the dive lodge, and 4 open water certification dives. Contact us to customise the itinerary accordingly.
